The Beverly Mill Store, built circa 1742, is located in front of Beverly/Chapman's Mill in the Thoroughfare Gap in Virginia.
I was raised in northern New York State before joining the US Navy where I became drawn to the technical aspects of film photography. During my travels I learned composition techniques, developing, and printing from serious amateurs and professionals. I eventually became more interested in the artistic side of this hobby and continued to explore more creative aspects.
