I was raised in northern New York State before joining the US Navy where I became drawn to the technical aspects of film photography. During my travels I learned composition techniques, developing, and printing from serious amateurs and professionals. I eventually became more interested in the artistic side of this hobby and continued to explore more creative aspects. Nice pic. But the correct name of the island is Terceira. "Terciera" is a spanish word, but the Azores islands have always been portuguese, since the portuguese navigators discovered them back in the XV century. I hope you don't mind me correcting your title (and description).
