I was raised in northern New York State before joining the US Navy where I became drawn to the technical aspects of film photography. During my travels I learned composition techniques, developing, and printing from serious amateurs and professionals. I eventually became more interested in the artistic side of this hobby and continued to explore more creative aspects. My interests focus (no pun intended) on the out-of-doors beauty of our world, both natural and man-made. I hope you enjoy viewing my images as much as I have enjoyed capturing them. I grew up next to a railroad, and the depot was quite a place for information, about the community, and a place to speculate, while wiling away one's time. I love these awesome captures of the time before, and thanks so much for sharing, Guy, as it is historical and beautiful, at the same time, especially for those who viewed this scene from oncoming trains, during their journeys! Love it! fave and vote
