Description
The beginnings of the Milky Way. Shot taken on June 15th in Maine at 2218L. Had I not gotten up at 0500 and driven for 10+ hours to get there, I would have stayed up to catch the whole show, best at around 0200 this time of year. Another trip to Maine in August, then again in November. The show begins earlier as the year progresses. My very first attempt at it, so I'm pleased with the results.
