SRF 2012
I was raised in northern New York State before joining the US Navy where I became drawn to the technical aspects of film photography. During my travels I learned composition techniques, developing, and printing from serious amateurs and professionals. I eventually became more interested in the artistic side of this hobby and continued to explore more creative aspects. My interests focus (no pun intended) on the out-of-doors beauty of our world, both natural and man-made. I hope you enjoy viewing my images as much as I have enjoyed capturing them. Steve Buckenberger
The Hello Kitty sets off the whole look! Actually her smile is highly intriguing and she is a lovely model whose eyes show a sharp mind. Makes the nice style of how you posed her so much more interesting. v/f
Guy Whiteley replied:
Thank you, Steve. I cannot take credit for the pose or the costume. She was just sitting there trying to cool off on a 90+ day when I happened to spot her. A lovely lady that just caught my eye. Thank you for visiting and commenting.
Odd Jeppesen
What a beautiful portrait.
Guy Whiteley replied:
'Twas easy...she's a beautiful lady. Thank you, Odd.
Lisa DiFruscio
